Phone stuck on SOS

Wayner15

Hi there, I switched my wife's phone over to Public. Her phone was successfully transferred over, exepct her phone has been on SOS for quite some time. Is there any way we can get this fixed soon? She has an iPhone11 Pro Max, we have a Public SIM card in it.

Had to put in the old carrier SIM and accept the transfer services text. Approved it and now the public SIM is working. Thank you!

Hi there,

Old SIM has been removed and phone is not compatible with eSiM. Network has been reset, still getting the SOS status.

@Wayner15

Make sure you removed the old sim card and disable the old esim.  Then Reset Network Settings after a device reboot

But if you still see SOS, ask PM CS agent to re-provision the account
