Esim not activated

I purchased an esim plan, received a QR code , added esim but it didn’t got activated. I deleted the esim to try again but the QR code is not working anymore. Can anyone help me to add and activate my esim.

I already created a ticket yesterday but still didn’t receive any response yet.

You should not have deleted the eSIM. The issue could have been fixed by PM

Now , you need to ask PM to reissue you another eSIM and help
