Not Registered on Network

I service bars but it says emergency calls and "not registred on network" when I try to call out. It went out like this for a while, then popped back online and all my texts came through, then service went out again. 

I was just on the phone an hour and a half ago

There might an outage of Telus network in your area.

Might want to reboot your phone.  Or a network reset of your phone.
