I was referred to Public by an existing customer who gave me his referral code. I signed up with that at activation, saying I'd get the $10 credit after signing up. Now I've signed up and don't see a trace of it anywhere. Any idea where/when it will show up? Thank you.

It takes 72 hours for the credit to show up
Wait the 3 days first, if still not see it, ask PM
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

It can take up to 72 hours to show up on your account. Keep an eye for it. IF you don't see it after 72 hours, you can create a ticket via the chatbot.
