Why won't the app allow me to change my payment method? When I try to fill in the box with my payment information it won't allow me to type it in. All it will allow me to type in is my postal code.

Sometimes the app can be a bit buggy. If it's an Android phone, you want to go into your app settings, find the PM app and clear the cache first. Then clear the data next. Then reboot. Log back in and try again. As well, this happened a few weeks for my neighbor. I can't remember if I just did XXXXXX for the postal code or if it was XXX XXX with a space in between. And if it's an iPhone, delete the app and reboot. Then download, sign back in and try again. Same thing about the postal code.

did you try using another browser? or use Public Mobile App? try using them
