Ok i need to switch from pm to virgin mobile since I no longer have service for work in my area. Went through the setup with virgin got my text for porting my number and said yes. Now virgin said that the account number i gave them three times is invalid and to contact pm to get my phone number released. I did pit a ticket in but still waiting for a reponse

The customer has already opened a ticket.
Virgin will not be able to release your phone number unless Public Mobile submits a request with the valid Virgin account number, IMEI, or account PIN. Please double check your Virgin Mobile invoices or online account, and if necessary, contact Virgin.
