Known issues the last several weeks. Usually from customers who recently traveled outside Canada. PM is aware and working on a fix.
You can try to reboot your phone. If that does not work, then you will need to contact customer service agent.

this is a problem for some subscribers. You will need PM CS agent to reprovision the account to resolve the problem
