Can’t receive or send calls

I’m not able to receive or send calls but I can text. I’ve tried changing phone settings but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. I replaced my SIM card but that didn’t solve the problem. Help!Could there be a problem with my PM account?

eSim activation keeps failing

@CS_Agent Subscribed a couple hours ago. The first eSim kept failing to activate, then I deleted and had to BUY a new eSim. This new eSim keeps failing to activate. There is zero support available.
