Hello First I use physical sim card for my old phone which is Samsung. But i just got an iPhone so I change to Esim. But now i don't like my new phone so I use my old physical sim card to plug to samsung phone but it still said no network and it doesn't work.

your old sim card will no longer be useful

you have two choices

1. buy a new sim card from Telus or Koodo store.  Then login My Account and change the sim card number from Profile page
2. if your Android phone supports esim, download PM app, login and buy esim for your Android.  it is supposed to be free

You can’t use the old SIM card, you need to buy a new SIM card from Telus store $10 or Amazon $5, then open the App and chnage your SIM  to activate the new SIM

@andrewnguyen123, the old SIM card will no longer work once you have transferred the number to the eSIM. You can either install the Public Mobile app to your new/old phone and purchase another eSIM (which will be free for you since you already had one) or you have to get another physical SIM card either from TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store or you would have to order one from Public Mobile or Amazon.ca which are both not free. Getting another eSIM for you Samsung is only possible if it is also eSIM compatible otherwise you have no choice but to get another SIM card
