Subscription did not update upon renewal

In December I received a promo for a great deal in a new subscription plan. I had it set up to change to the new subscription on my renewal date of Jan. 05, 2024. Today, my renewal date, my account was deactivated. I had 40.00 already on my account and had a message that I needed to pay an additional 5.75 which I payed. After taking my payment and reactivating my account it did not refresh to my new subscription but rather has me locked to my old subscription. Can anyone help?

@Jon81  Yes unfortunately this happens sometimes when plan change  is scheduled for next renewal . Easy fix for support please submit ticket to get fixed
