Help with switching subscription

Hi, I changed my subscription before the last renew date (Mar. 6), I was charged the new subscription rate on the renewal date (Mar. 16), but the new package didn’t get activated and I had to pay the difference between my old (still current) rate and new subscription rate (that didn’t activate). I’ve since updated my payment information (using same payment method) and indicated autopay (again). Is there anything I’m missing?

When did you take this screenshot? 
Try swiping down the screen of your phone a few times to update the app.

It looks like your new plan will started on March 9 until April 16.

You have done everything correctly and the plan should have changed on renewal on March 16, but did not

And the screenshot shows it will change on renewal on April 16.

You can message a customer agent and ask that they give you s credit of $4 for missing March 16 renewal. You could also ask them to change your plan right away, but I would be concerned about losing all that you already paid for up to April 16. Good luck.
