Do you have older 3G phone or 3G plan? Some people are experincing interruption in voice services as PM transitions away from 3G. In this situation, you would need to upgrade your phone and plan.
If you have a 4G or 5G phone/plan, try resetting your network in your settings are restarting your phone. If that does not help, you require the assistance of a customer agent who can reset the network on their end. Good luck.

New activation or existing? Brand and model of phone? Did you check My Account and confirm if account still active? Tell us more about your situation and what you tried
At least try Reset Network Settings
And try your sim card on another phone, that would force a sim re-provision and could resolve your problem
