I currently have an esim and would like to switch to a physical sim. What are next steps and how can I make the switch?

Best to buy from Amazon for just $5 and 2 days Prime Shipping:
just in case you have trouble to login My Account or PM app to update the sim card number yourself, you can ask PM to help updating, you will need to message them here:

Hello @Queeniexh
The process is very simple actually.
You can either purchase off of Amazon
or you can pick one up at a local Telus store
Once you have one, you can click on this direct link to your account and change it there.

Then once it's completed, just reboot the phone and it should be up and running.

Buy a sim card. Amazon.ca should only cost about $5 and will be delivered reliably fast.
Once you get the new SIM card, open your account, tap Account and select Change Your Sim Card. You just need to type in the serial number for your new sim. Good luck.

hi @Queeniexh buy the physical sim from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink for $10 or buy from Amazon for $5
once you got it, login My Account, go to Profile and click Edit for the Sim card number to update the physical sim card number (or use the PM app, go to Account page)
