I tried to make a phone call to china, but it failed said I used all the talk minutes, my subscription includes 500 minutes international talks to a lot of counties which includes china, and I have never used this in the past months.this is my first international phone call, and said I used all the talk minutes.
You can buy a LD add-on to China for $15, if it’s important to call now. Then contact Customer Support to get details of your current plan figured out. Request the $15 for the LD add-on, be credited to your account

I did check, and it didn't show any LD add-on, that is the problem. the subscription I purchased during the Black Friday $35 with 50G unlimited CAN-US-MEX with 500 international LD, but, now, I didn't see any 500 international LD.
Log in to your PM account using the app > Subscription > Usage Breakdown….just to confirm you have the correct plan with the LD add-on with calls to China. See how many minutes is available.
