I received a text offering Canada-US-Mexico plus 60 GB and 500 international minutes for $34 so I said yes. Now my app says I only have Canada. How do I remedy this?

A few complaints this week about customers who responded "yes" to promo texts and their plan did not change to new promo plan at next renewal.
You will need to contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.
