Hi there. I'm in Mexico and confused as to whether incoming AND outgoing texts are free. My plan says Canada wide calling etc and International texts/images Does that include incoming and outgoing texts from Mexico to Canada?

Phone not accepting code from public mobile

I just set up with Public Mobile but to access full service, Public Mobile has to send the 6 didgit code to put in my phone. They supposedly send it but my phone doesn't receive it. I have a Google Pixel 6. Anyone able to help? Thank you!
