Addon Data not working

HeyI used some points to add data to my plan. But Public Mobile isn't show up in my available networks. I haven't been able to use any of the data and it runs out in a few days. Please restart my add on time so I can use it or return my points.

Resolved! Topping up more than $100 will block credit card

If you topped up more than $100 using a credit card. Then that same credit card will block off Public Mobile. So I tried a few times, and now 3 of my credit cards will not work with Public Mobile anymore. I wonder what's going on in the background.
