Hi.
My daughter is in Germany and has lost her Canadian phone (with Public Mobile SIM card).
So, she is trying to get a replacement one (SIM card), which would be sent to her Canadian address etc.
However she cannot log in to Public Mobile. She has entered her phone number and also her email address and got nothing. Perhaps they tried to send a text to her number?
So I created a Public Mobile account just to ask this question.
What are her options?

hi @GarrettB better to get the replav sim from Amazon for cheaper and quicker delivery. Or get it from Telus or Koodo store
For login, try click Didn't receive code and check if email is an option
if not, . message support ageen and they can update the new sim card number for you

@GarrettB Does she see option for “didn’t get code” tap it and she might get option to send code to email instead to log in . But Might be easier for her if someone back home . Could go to corporate Telus / Koodo store to pick one up . Or order one from Amazon usually cheaper there . Can take up to 3 weeks for SIM card from public mobile . But once she has SIM card in hand she can ask support to sim swap the number for her . And when she back home she will be able to have code sent to her phone to log in . Because even if she had SIM card now in Germany she won’t be able to recieve text as PM dosent have roaming in Germany

Update: we have found the log in details 🙂 However, to log in it sends text to the phone 😞
So she can't log in
