I can switch to a cheaper plan with more data and 4G instead of 3G. I want to switch, but I have unused bonus data attached to my current plan. Will this disappear if I switch?
@Kitt You can switch to any plan that’s available to you in your account . You won’t lose the non expiring holiday bonus data that was given out on Xmas . But if you downgrade plan you will lose the expiring data that was for 150 days but that’s a mood point since that expiring bonus data has expired for most already some may have 2 weeks left for it . So go ahead and change to what plans you like best . Just be sure to change plan connect renewal day and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle
