Activation problem

I successfully inserted my physical SIM card into my Samsung mobile phone and began the registration process. I was assigned a telephone number. However, at the end of the process Step 6 of 6 Activate, this statement appeared: "SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED  Something did not go right while activating your subscription". I tried calling out using the newly assigned phone number of my SIM card. A voice informed me that my account was not  active. I was told to dial using my public mobile pho e *611 but no answer/dead sound.

It is possible that my WIFI  was interrupted during the registration process which could have caused this clitch. What can I do now to complete the activation process?
