I paid for the 5 gigabyte package and calls to the United States since June, but you've been charging me for it for two months and I still haven't received the 5 gigabytes. I'm still receiving 4.5 gigabytes.

roaming addon has a 15 days expiry.  You bought in Jun and you waited till August to ask?
