I ordered a SIM card on Dec 5th and paid for a monthly subscription. I still haven’t received the SIM card, therefore unable to use the plan I am currently paying for. Due to the postal strike I put my street address and not a P.O. Box. What courier was the SIM card shipped with?

Public mobile was using Purlolator as one of the new courier. Official time line is 10 business day for SIM card to arrive. If more than 10 business days, then you can contact customer service agent. Depending on where you live some customers have been reporting 2-3 day delivery time with the new courier.
If you need service right away, you could pick up a physical SIM card from a corporate Koodo or Telus store. Pay the $10 and then submit receipt for CSA reimbursement. CSA will not arrange a pick up for you. You will need to pickup yourself.

first, actually plan cycle won't start until you got the sim card and complete the activation, so you didn't loss any days
but ask PM about the sim delivery, thryigjt arrange to let you pick up a new one from local Telus or Koodo store. , so just message them

Not sure what courier PM are using but expect a delay due to the Christmas deliveries.
It may take up to 3 weeks. You will be charged once you activate the SIM. Currently charge is pending.
If you are in a rush. I would suggest you get one from Amazon for $5 or from your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10.
