I signed up with public last night using an eSIM but I don’t know if something didn’t work properly as I can’t text or make calls. Nothing is working

Settings on the phone.

Click on Carrier.  

Then it should show SIM/eSIM information

Where do I check for that. I am not technically savvy. I am about ready to pull my hair out as nothing is working

check if you see the eSIM is there on the Sim Manager and check if it is active. On iPhone, it needed to be Primary and Turn on this line both set

if the eSIM not even there, check the Welcome email from  and scan the eSIM QR code

@Aj816 , do you see the e-SIM when you check the SIM manager on your phone?  If so, make sure the e-SIM is set as active.
