Sim card

Kenbro
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I paid my subscription and ordered a sim card on Nov 13 my sim card is in mail but due to postal strike I haven't received it. I tried to buy one at Walmart but they don't sell them anymore. What are my options. I own a samsung phone and was told it maybe a harder process to do the e sim.

HI @Kenbro

Yes, Walmart is no longer selling PM sim card.  Instead, buy from

Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klinik store https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/pick-up-SIM
Amazon.ca https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/

And, I suggest you to ask PM support for reimbursement,  message support agent here:

@Kenbro if you can find a TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store you can pick up a physical SIM for $10. Through Amazon, if you have a Prime account you can get one for $5 with free shipping. I went with an eSIM and didn't have any trouble at all and I didn't need to leave my house to get it, but first look up your model phone to see if it is eSIM compatible if you want to go that route

You have to find Telus corporate store selling PM SIM cards or order one through Amazon, ebay or any independent mobile store if they sell PM SIMs. Somebody did mention Mobile Klinik or similar.
