Hi Community
I am really struggling right now to activate the sim. I bought the basic plan about 5 days ago and have not been able to use the phone -- except when inside wifi space. I opted for the free esim, then got a message that in order to activate the device, I must purchase an actual sim card. I did that, inserted the sim, but but I am still not able to activate the plan. What is EverSafe. I hear about it but haven't been directed to download it. Thank you.

@giovanniduque Since you originally opted for esim you will need customer service to switch the account to physical sim. If you are not able to open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page then send support a private message using this link and watch the envelope ion top right of this page or tap your avatar to monitor for a reply

Tell us what you have done so far
Did you start the subscription process using PM app? Did you get pass payment step?
If you used the app to activate and got to step 6 and cannot get it working, open a ticket with PM
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
