Switched to public mobile yesterday everything works fine but I can’t make calls

I had just about same issue. Two days after joining PM I last ability to make outgoing calls and send messages. Look in settings under "Cellular" if you have two SIMS. For me it was one from old provider that was set as primary. I changed that to secondary and turned it OFF, PM  was set to secondary. After I changed that to primary, my problem disappeared. In my case I wasn't able to delete old provider sim (probably due to the fact that it is physical SIM)

data works?  Inbound calls work and just not outbound?

try reboot the phone first, then Reset Network Settings
