I had this issue with Bell too. People call and leave a message but when I call voicemail it says no messages. Problem with provider or with phone?

@Robin1122 Turn off visual voicemail in phone settings
hi @Robin1122 are you using IPhone?? if you are, make sure Live Voicemail is disables, that could be the reason
