I had this issue with Bell too. People call and leave a message but when I call voicemail it says no messages. Problem with provider or with phone? 
I am a Public subscriber. How can I transfer my daughter's number to Public as well? She is 13. Does she need to set up her own account? If so, can I pay with my mastercard?
Used an eSIM card to transfer my number from Bell. No calls or messages can go out, I thought it was supposed to be instant. It’s been 3 hours.
