Ordered sim card and started subscription a few days ago.

 

Received card yesterday, put the sim in. Can't make calls. Gives the subject line when I try.

Yeah. Switched it over hasn't changed anything so far.

did you use the app to update the sim card number?

you need to use the app to complete part 2 of the subscription (putting in sim number and choose phone number/porting)

Please download PM app and login.  In case you have trouble logging in, support agent can help.
