I’d like to change my plan from $35/mth to $20/mth.  Do I have to cancel my subscription and sign up again?  If I do, can I keep my number?

If I have to cancel my subscription, in order to choose the one I want, is it a difficult process to cancel and resubscribe?  Can I keep the same phone number?

I would like to switch from the $34/math plan to the $23/mth plan, but when I’m logged in and choose ‘change subscription’, this plan is not offered.  How can I switch to that plan?
