I am trying to make a call to a US number when I live in Canada, I tried to call and it does not go through and I get a voice message saying I have run out of minutes. I went to the public mobile app and purchased a US talk and text add on, but when I try to make the call it still says I have run out of minutes. When I go to my public mobile account it shows the add on is purchased, and the money has been taken out of my bank account, why am I unable to make the call still? Have tried to issue a ticket already and that will not go through either, please help me!

use this link to message Customer Support. Seems you got the incorrect add-on for US calling from Canada. They'll make it right for you.

Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond. Give them as much account info as you can..ie; account #, cell #, name on account, your PM pin number...etc.
