I didn't update my credit card information in time before it expired.
Now my services are on hold, but it won't let me update it... it says: "Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later." And it's been like that every time I try it for the past few days... Can you please help?

I went through this last year with one of my phones on autopay. By some miracle I was able to log in and update the payment information and it too rejected the first time.
Somehow I finally got it to accept it, but the autopay still doesn't work to this day. Now I have long lost the email I used to create that account and can't log in.

If you are still unable to add your new card details you can purchase a Public Mobile voucher or automatic top up. More info on these options below.
(Muskbird has both Public Mobile vouchers and automatic top ups (Public Mobile RTR). If you pay by e-transfer or interac the fee is only $0.30.)

try using a laptop, but clear cache files and use incognito made. See if that helps. For fast relief, get payment vouchers at retail level like Shell Gas, dial 611 to add them to your account. Then deal with credit card issue with Customer Support.

You need to ask an agent to remove your old card details then you should hopefully be able to update your card details in your account. Click on the link below to send a private message to customer support.

@OlivierCh : I would recommend contacting the customer support agent through direct message at, https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explaining your issue.
Also are you updating to a Canadian based credit card issued by a major bank in Canada? I know that certain credit cards such as pre-paid ones has had problems.
