US Plan added early in error

I was helping my mother-in-law tonight with adding a US roaming plan.  I thought there would be an option to set a start date for the day she leaves on her trip (one week from today) but unfortunately there was not.  We hit pay now thinking it would be after that screen, wrong choice.  Is ther anyway for her to have that plan removed and refunded and she add it the day she leaves for the US?

Whenever you submit a plan, it goes immediately or on the next renewal day since you went immediately for you, you can try contacting Public Mobile CS agent, but most likely you will not have any luck. Use the link below.
