I never had issue receiving verification codes for any institutions before, but my number seems to be blocking MBNA verification code for both text or call options.
I called MBNA and after numerous tries, they told me I have to contact the service provider (Public Mobile) to get it unblocked or something. Has anyone encountered this issue before? I cannot access MBNA account due to this.

Then I'd recommend reaching out to a CS Agent to resolve this.

Did you tranfser a phone number from another carrier? In those cases, these types of text messages can take a a little while before they start being received. In the meanwhile, you will need to work with MBNA to use an alternative 2FA method.

If you're new to Public Mobile, it will take a bit for the system to work.
