I have been able to activate my new sim, but the process wants a final confirmation code sent to my new phone, but I can't seem to find the code. Where do I find this final confirmation code?

I have been trying for a month to set up a new phone. I ordered a sim card from Public and it never arrived. I bought a new one for a cell store and put it in. I keep asking for a code to be sent after I set up the phone to port over a phone number, and the text never has ever been received. I've waiting another week after CS said to wait 2 to 3 days and still no code every comes through when I request it. I've already paid for a month on this service and it has never ever worked. Can I get someone from CS to look into this because this is NOT the way it's suppose to work ever.

Yes I have the new sim card in the new phone and it's been activated up the last confirmation code which I have not been receiving.

It looks like I can't use an old land line number on a new cell phone. Is that correct?

If rebooting is just turning the phone off and on then I have already done that. The number is ported over from an old land line that's been inactive for 3 years.

@BriantheBrain1 Yes rebooting the phone is just turning it off and then back on . Have you put the public mobile SIM card in the phone yet ? It needs to be to get the code to confirm full access .

Rebooting should only be turning the phone off and on which I've done. I have another phone and it receives text just fine.

Are you porting your number from another carrier? If so, The code sent to verify that the Self Serve account is yours will only be received if your Public Mobile SIM card is in the device, but also remember that the old carrier would have also sent a text messge that needs to be replied to to authorize the number porting and that would only be received if your old carrier's SIM card is in the phone.

@BriantheBrain1 Have you put the PM sim in phone yet and rebooted the device . The code should be sent to you by text . If you not getting the code please submit ticket with support to help you gain access
