Every I submit the payment renewal request, it shows: sorry, we're not able to process this request at this time, please try again later. But my old card has expired, I have to renew my card for an automatic payment. I already tried many times. Please let me know how it could work.

You need to request an agent to remove your old card then hopefully you will be able to addyour new card info to your account. Send a private message by clicking on the link below.
