Why am I getting notice that my account is on hold until payment when I have automatic payment, I have a receipt for this months payment AND my phone services still work

so, you have no service now?
like any credit card payment, it can got declined for no particular reason. if you have no service now, then login My Account and make a pyment there
of course, you said you have service now, so just ignore

@Brian21 you can likely disregard this message especially given that your service appears to still work, message will likely clear after 24hrs. For reassurance you can dial *611 to confirm that your account is in good standing
