I am able to receive some calls from my mom who has public mobile but I have tested other service providers calling me as I am standing right in front of them and it goes straight to voicemail.
I have tried what is suggested to remove the sim card then putting back in.
Public mobile has contacted my backup number (my mom's) and the number to call back is a telus number. I believe the issue is resolving the proper IMEI to my account to resolve this but I cannot seem to fix this.

Hey @joseph_1988
Did you just port over recently? Kind of sounds like you need a network reset. Here's how to reach an agent.

Keep an eye on the top right corner of the page.
If it's an iPhone, turn off block unknown callers. That's been an issue with most recent updates. Then restart your phone and try again.

Check on your phone that in settings it’s set to not send unknown callers to voicemail and if you think your IMEI number is incorrect, then you can submit it to to Public Mobile CS agent with the link below.
