changing subscription not taking effect

i changed my subscription to a new plan. it was supposed take effect with new billing cycle which was today. The new plan is $34 90day 30gb. As of now, automatic payment system has charged me for full 3months but plan has not changed and remained the same. since previous plan was $30, there is credit of $72. who do i contact to make the new subscription to take effect?

I'd give it a few more hours, then clear system cache and cookies and use an incognito or private tab to log into self-serve to confirm the plan.

If the auto-payment was the expected amount, it's likely you are on the plan you changed it to.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again.  Make sure you check payment history and see how PM charged you
