trying to change my subscription  to become active on my renewal  date  just keeps saying  my confirmation failed try again

@Jiening  most times it's just a system glitch. There is a tab right on the page that says Refresh. Click it.

If the information on the page doesn't change,  sign out and sign back in again using secret mode or a different web browser.

I also find my plan didn't change on 12th Mar. 2025 to the 36S plan. I can't find the way to change.

Just to confirm. Did you follow these steps: login to app; click Subscription tab on bottom left; tap Manage Subscription; tap Change Subscription; scroll down and tap the $30 plan (assuming that it is available to you); tap Change on Renewal.

If everything went correctly, it should then take you back to the previous page and it will show both your current subscription and your upcoming subscription.

If not, at which step did your change hang up? 

BTW, do you currently have a 90-day plan which is renewing on May 12th? I have never had a 90-day plan. So I do not know if that makes a difference.

  • Yes I am a current user I have a plan   that renews on may 12th   so I'm trying to change to a cheaper plan  30.00 a month canada wide talk and text  to become active on my renewal date   I have been trying to change it since yesterday  keep logging out then back in  and try again   doesnt work !!!!

Yes I have been an active member since 2016  i now want a cheaper plan  and canada wide  talk and text  the 30.00 a month plan .  My renewal date of my current plan is may 12th  so I'm trying to change to this new plan to become active on my renewal date  the system will not allow me to do this     very frustrating

Do you currently have an active account and telephone number that is working?

What is your existing plan? 

What plan are you trying to change to?
