I can login to my account and I am given the options: 'resume activation' or 'login'. I click on activation and I am taken to an error page: 'We encountered an error processing your request'. I have tried 3 browsers, private windows, deleted all browsing data and cookies etc and still cannot get any further. I have tried this about 20 times in every different way I can find. Same result. Am I the only one?
I have tried submitting a ticket, but also go round in circles since the system believes I am asking about logging in.
I am new to Publicmobile, but would like to get a sim and activation asap

your login does not work with My Account, some have this problem. Ask PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
