Try the direct messaging before phony for porting assistance.  Response time could several hours or several days depending on how busy they are.

correct and had 90 minutes to do it.

now I cant get anywhere with it on his account as such using mine to get answers.

i cant seem to send a ticket to an agent? I Read somewhere where there may be a phone number to call?

Didn’t say yes to what ? Did your friend want to port his number in to new Public Mobile account ?
