Hi I am trying to activate a new account but i keep getting a message that " we encountered an error processing you request ( code: xxx)

 

Any suggestions?

Is the Public Mobile smartphone app being used?  The Public Mobile app needs to be used to complete the online activation.  The website cannot be used.
