Payment Processing Error When Trying to Renew Plan Subscription

Hello Public Mobile Community,
I'm reaching out regarding a persistent payment processing issue I'm experiencing while trying to help my mother renew her plan subscription. Here are the details of the situation:
- The current plan has expired and requires renewal
- When attempting to subscribe to a new plan, we consistently receive the error message: "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."
We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps based on solutions suggested in other threads:
- Cleared browser cookies and cache
- Attempted payment in browser's private/incognito mode
- Tried using different credit cards for payment
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the Public Mobile app
- Tried multiple times at different hours
Despite all these attempts, we continue to receive the same error message and are unable to process the payment. This is preventing us from maintaining active service on the line.
Has anyone else encountered this issue recently or knows of additional solutions we could try? We would greatly appreciate any guidance, particularly if there are other troubleshooting steps we haven't considered yet.

The solution may be to wait a bit. I would suggest waiting until tomorrow to try charging your credit card again as this could be the result of a payment security prototocol be implemented by Public Mobile. To renew more quickly a Public Mobile payment voucher can be purchased from some retails stores (such as corner stores, gas stations, etc.) or from some online stores (such as muskbird.com or recharge.com).

It is not uncommon with payment trouble for PM
Try using browser with incognito mode to login and update credit card
Or pay by voucher first. But voucher with enough funds from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drug , then load the voucher using My Account and turn renew or change plan
