I recently purchased a data plan, but it did not work. After three days, I purchased another one, and I would like to request a refund for the first purchase.
Additionally, I just bought another data plan, but it is also not working. Could you please look into this issue and provide a solution?

Which data plan did you purchase? Are settings on your device correct? This is unusual. Did you confirm that the purchase went through? The community is made up of customers helping other customers. Give us some details.

Yes, it is possible, they will put the funds back to your account . Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
