FYI...Surprise!I was able to see more options for changing my plan when I went into my Public Mobile Account.I chose subscriptions and add-ons, then clicked on "change subscription"Enjoy!  

I can't seem to get a CS_agent to help me.  No answers from anyone.  My contributions to the community are all being deleted and sent to a spam folder?  Does anyone have a fix?
