With public Mobile, i normally recommend doing the following to cleanup
forwarding:##21# to cancel & erase any "unconditional"
forwardingand##004# to cancel and reset any "conditional" forwards
(Busy/Declined, No Answer, Offline) which Public Mobile ...
Dialing ##21# (or #21#) to cancel unconditional call forwarding will
work on any phone, including iPhone and Android. The menus to accomplish
this are just a fancier way to accomplish sending the same network
