Since the majority of us have unlimited Canada Wide minutes is there any chance that the, “Paid For” Canada Wide Add On Minutes, could be traded in for an LD plan, a bill credit, or Data that expires when used up? We did originally “pay” for them.

Is today your renewal date? Then that’s normal, oddly enough. That message needs more clarity. Check your account in an hour or so. Does your phone still work? If no, then contact a CSA.
