I have 7 points, how can I use it to lower my bill?

@rwaxll   If you ever use add-ons they can be purchased with points too at less than the $ cost, starting at 5 points.

You have to collect at least 15 points to convert them to $15. Way to go...

You have to wait till you have accumulated 15 points to be able to save $15 on your bill. Not a dollar less.
