Hello, I need a copy of current invoice (paid a couple of days ago) that clearly shows what was paid, the plan I am on (i.e. that it is for 90 days) and my name and phone number. Thank youHoward
Thanks, but that does not help as those receipts do not show details of the plan I am on or even my phone number and are not accepted as proof for reimbursement purposes.
